1. Is your company based in the United States?
Yes. We are a U.S.-registered and locally operated company under the name GREENWOOD TRADING LLC, based in Kentucky.


2. What products do you specialize in?
We only sell women's dresses, tops, and trousers.


3. What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are shown and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).


4. Are taxes included in the product prices?
Yes. All listed prices already include applicable taxes.


5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Diners Club.


6. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems. We do not store full card details.


7. How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, enter your shipping information, and complete checkout online.


8. Shipping and Tracking

8.1 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

8.2 Shipping Options and Rates

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — $19.99

  • Standard Shipping (Orders $0–$89): 3–4 business days — $9.99

  • Standard Shipping (Orders $89 and above): 3–4 business days — Free

8.4 Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier details.


9. Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse in Kentucky.


10. Do you ship within the United States only?
We currently only ship to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to overseas provinces or islands (including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
We do not offer international shipping.


11. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos and a description of the problem. We will review your situation and assist you with a replacement or refund.


12. Do you accept returns?
Yes. Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days from the date you receive your item.


13. Who covers return shipping costs?
If the return is due to a product quality issue or shipping damage, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
If the return is requested for personal reasons (such as size, color, or style not meeting expectations), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.


14. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. You can apply for an exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods.


15. What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Used, washed, altered, or damaged items

  • Items missing tags or original packaging


16. How can I request a return or exchange?
Please email contact@greetrclothes.com with your order number and request details.
All returns and exchanges must be approved via email before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.


17. How are price differences handled for exchanges?
If the replacement item costs more, you will be asked to pay the difference before shipment.
If it costs less, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method within two business days after the returned item is received and verified.


18. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it.


19. How is my personal information protected?
We comply with all relevant U.S. privacy regulations and do not sell or share customer data. Personal data is used only for order fulfillment and customer support.


20. How quickly do you respond to customer inquiries?
