Exchange Policy

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer an exchange service for eligible orders. If you need to change the size, color, or style of an item, please review the policy below:

1. Exchange period

You may request an exchange within 14 days from the date you receive the item.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Product Eligibility

For exchanges, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • May be new or slightly used, as long as resale condition is maintained
  • Free from visible damage, stains, odors, or wear marks
  • Includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Order number or valid proof of purchase must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions after inspection will not be accepted for return or exchange.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Please email contact@greetrclothes.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Original item name or SKU

  • Desired size, color, or style

  • Photos if the exchange is due to damage or product issues

Items returned without prior authorization will not be processed.

4. Shipping Costs

If the exchange is due to a product quality issue or damage during shipping, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
If the exchange is requested for personal reasons (such as size, color, style, or preference), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.

5. Price Difference Handling

If there is a price difference between the exchanged item and the original item, it will be handled as follows:

  • If the replacement item is more expensive, you must pay the difference before we can ship the new item.

  • If the replacement item is less expensive, we'll refund the difference to your payment method within two business days of receiving the item.

6. Return Procedure

Before sending back any item for exchange, please contact our customer service at contact@greetrclothes.com and wait for confirmation.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide authorized exchange instructions.
Customers must use a trackable shipping service to send back the exchange and notify us by email with the tracking information after the package has been shipped.
The exchange label must be handled by the customer; we do not provide prepaid exchange labels.

7. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items with signs of use, wear, or human-caused damage
  • Items that have been washed, altered, or have missing tags
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging
