3. Cancellation Confirmation
An order is considered successfully canceled only after approval by our customer service team.
If the order is still in “pending” or “not yet shipped” status, it will be canceled with no charges incurred.
4. Orders Already Shipped
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation can no longer be processed.
In such cases, customers may apply for a return after receiving the package, following our return policy. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
5. Duplicate or Incorrect Orders
If you placed the wrong size, address, or submitted a duplicate order, please contact us as soon as possible.
As long as the order has not been shipped, we will assist with cancellation and prevent unnecessary costs to the customer.
